OÜ Rehe Catering provides catering for weddings, birthdays, corporate events and other occasions across Estonia: buffets, sharing platters, private chef, bar service, pizza workshops, office lunches and meal boxes. This policy explains what personal data we collect on rehecatering.ee and when providing our services, why and for how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

Enquiry form
We ask for your name or organisation, email, phone and event details: date, start and end time, number of guests, location, format and additional information. We use them to prepare an offer and to communicate with you. The enquiry is stored in the website admin and sent to us by email. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Job application form
We ask for your name, email, phone, position, experience, motivation and start date, and your CV if you attach one. They are used for recruitment only. Applications are seen only by the Rehe Catering people handling recruitment; CVs are kept in a protected folder accessible only with an admin account. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.
Providing our services
When you order a service, we use the contact person’s name and details, the event time and address, and your menu and service requests to deliver the service as agreed (Art. 6(1)(b)). Invoices and accounting records are kept under the Estonian Accounting Act (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Allergies and dietary requirements. If you tell us about guests’ allergies or dietary requirements, we use this information only to prepare the food for that event. Names are not needed – for example “2 gluten-free portions” is enough. If the information relates to a specific person, the legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).
Contacting us directly (email, phone): we process the content of the conversation to answer you.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries: up to 12 months after our last communication if no contract is signed.
- Order details: until the event and invoicing are completed; invoices and accounting records for 7 years, as required by law.
- Applications and CVs: up to 6 months after the recruitment ends, unless you allow us to keep them longer.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data or share it for advertising. The website and email are hosted by Zone Media OÜ in Estonia, which processes data only on our behalf. Data is not transferred outside the European Union.
Cookies
We use a single cookie: pll_language remembers your chosen language (Estonian or English) for 1 year. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The Instagram and Facebook links are plain links and do not load content from those services.
Your rights
You have the right to access and correct your data, request its deletion or restriction, object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw your consent. Write to info@rehecatering.ee – we reply within 30 days.
If you believe we are violating your rights, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate: www.aki.ee, info@aki.ee.
